Simons Boiler has been awarded the contract to supply, commission and maintain 3 x 750 kW Simons VWT Steam Boilers and 2 x 3MW ICI Caldaie REX Hot Water Boilers for the new state-of-the-art Midland Health Public Hospital in Perth, Western Australia.

The 307 bed Midland Public Hospital at the new Midland Health Campus will deliver free care to the people of Perth’s north-eastern corridor and the Wheatbelt from late 2015. It will be the first new hospital in the area in more than 50 years and construction is now underway.

Simons Boiler will provide 2.25 MW of steam capacity required for central sterilizing (CSSD) and 6MW of hot water capacity  for air conditioning, heating and domestic hot water for the Hospital new facilities.
