The Queen’s Wharf, Brisbane, is a multipurpose entertainment and hotel precinct under construction on either side of William Street in the central business district of Brisbane, Australia. As of 2021, the megaproject is the largest development undertaken in Queensland.

Simons Boilers were commissioned to manufacture and supply two custom-designed and specially manufactured boilers to provide heating throughout the Queen’s Wharf complex.

The custom-made FTC2200s hot water heaters were selected as they can handle higher system pressure that was required for the centralised heating of the commercial retail area and casino for residents, patrons and visitors.
